These terms apply to your use of useimpulsive.com during the pre-launch period of Impulsive. By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Impulsive is an early-stage behaviour-change support app currently in development for adults who want a short pause between a difficult habit moment and the next action. The website is provided for general information and to let interested people register for early access updates. The Impulsive app is not yet generally available.
Content on this website, including product descriptions, roadmap items, prototype screens, and mockups, is provided for information only. Features may change, be delayed, or be removed before launch. Prototype previews, example metrics, and illustrative app screens are not guarantees of any specific functionality, outcome, or release date.
Joining the waitlist allows us to contact you with early access, testing, and launch updates. Registration does not guarantee access to the app, a specific release date, or any particular feature set. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@useimpulsive.com.
Impulsive is a behaviour-change support tool for adults. It is not a medical device, therapy service, diagnosis tool, crisis-support service, or clinically validated treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent addiction, compulsions, mental health conditions, or any medical condition, and nothing on the website should be read as medical advice. If you feel at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services or local crisis support now.
Please use the website only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, attack the waitlist endpoint, submit malicious content, scrape the site at high volume, or use it in any way that could harm other users or the service.
The Impulsive name, logo, written content, illustrations, and design are the property of the Impulsive team. Please do not copy, redistribute, or reuse them without prior written permission.
The site relies on third-party providers such as Cloudflare for hosting and may use a transactional email provider for confirmation emails. Their handling of data is covered in their own terms and privacy notices.
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on information about a product that is still in development. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms as the product develops. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any consumer rights you may have where you live.
